Products

The products available from PM Pathway were developed over years of project management work on real projects for many clients across a wide range of industries. Unlike products available from some other sources, our products have been proven on actual projects and as a total package will satisfy the complete needs of a wide range of projects and situations.

As we provide our templates to you in a Microsoft Office format you are able to save and modify them as much as you like to suit any specific needs that you may have. All that we ask is that if you change our templates that you do not present them as PM Pathway products, in accordance with our License Agreement. You can always incorporate your own company name and logo to personalise the documents.

PM Pathway is able to arrange the development of any of our products to suit your specific needs, or even create new documents from scratch, through one of our fee-for-service partners.

Our products are available in English and in a Spanish/English Bilingual format. Additional languages are under development and if you have any specific needs please do not hesitate to contact us.

System Requirements

Your documents will be available to you in Microsoft Office 97 format (including Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and may be compressed to minimise download times. The document format is indicated on the product’s information page. Some guidelines and examples may be provided in PDF format for viewing with Adobe Acrobat Reader (available for free at http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readermain.html). You will require the appropriate Microsoft Office software and decompression software, such as Win-Zip (a trial version is available from http://www.winzip.com/downwz.htm).

Providing that you have installed and can run the required software, the documents should work on any computer, although they have only been tested on a Windows operating system. Some documents are best used in a group setting, such as risk workshops. Whilst not necessary, a data projector may facilitate the completion of certain templates and assist in obtaining better results.

Macros will need to be enabled in order to use some of the features of our products.

You may need to adjust your software’s macro security settings to ‘medium’. This should allow you to choose to enable or disable the macros when opening files.

Purchasing

By logging in we will be able to keep track of products that you have purchased in the past, in case you accidentally lose them and require another copy, and we can keep track of the number of licenses that you have for each product, so that you can easily manage them.

Simply select the products that you would like to purchase from our website and they will be saved in your shopping basket. You can select the number of licenses that you require when viewing your shopping basket and then proceed to the checkout where you can securely pay for your purchases using your credit card. Following payment you will receive a receipt via e-mail with instructions for downloading your purchases.

Currently individual product purchases are only available via our online store.

Yes. Your purchase will be processed entirely through the secure PayPal system. You do not need to have a PayPal account for your credit card payment to be processed through PayPal, but please feel free to review their system and security at www.paypal.com. In addition, please refer to our privacy policy.

After you have paid for your purchase you will receive an e-mail with details on how to download your documents, and a link to do so. Downloading your documents from this link (which requires that you log-in to be member area of our website) helps protect your investment by ensuring that they can be retrieved again at a later date, should anything happen to your originals. Please ensure that you securely store this e-mail, along with your log-in information to allow future access to your documents.

After completing your purchases through our online store your documents will be available for downloading, although sometimes there can be short technical delays that are outside our control. If you have not received your receipt (containing your downloading instructions) within a reasonable period, or are having trouble downloading your documents, please contact our sales team immediately with your username.

Yes, of course. Simply purchase one of our product packages (Project Management Template Solution or Template Bundle) and you can receive a refund of the amount previously paid for any individual templates that are contained in the product package which you have purchased in the previous month. This is a great way for you to satisfy yourself as to the benefits of PM Pathway’s products before purchasing one of our product packages! Just make sure that you upgrade within the stated period to qualify for your refund. Please refer to our Upgrade Policy for full details.

Yes. By logging in, your purchase history is retained and you will have access to your purchases at a later date. Please note that, for security reasons, you will only be able to re-download your purchases from your member area a limited number of times (to prevent theft of your purchases in the unlikely event that your access details are lost or stolen). Should you need to re-download your purchases more than this then you can simply contact our sales team with details of the products that you require and we can arrange subsequent delivery.

Licensing

You can authorise anyone to use your products, providing that you have purchased a license for each authorised person. You will need one license per authorised person although you can reassign a license to someone else if an authorised person leaves your employment (the original user will no longer be licensed to use the products).

For an individual you will only require a single license. Companies will require the number of licenses to match the number of authorised users that will be using the documents from time to time (the number of potential users, not concurrent users). Alternatively, companies may choose to purchase a corporate license, for unlimited use within your company, just contact our sales team for a quote.
